Pogačice (diminutive of pogača) is a type of puff pastry. Pogača is a type of pastry eaten in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary, Greece and Turkey (where it is called poğaça) with variations.
